In conversion (legally three years); Cédric estimates that it takes at least seven years to change a vineyard. The roots have not yet gone very deep. The wines do not yet have the complexity needed to join the great vintages. However, these light, easy-drinking wines produce a very pleasing result: fruity, round wines that can be enjoyed young and are very drinkable.
